CoLab: Castle Rock X Wigflex Beer Cans

Brief: To collaborate in a group with other students from different art and design courses on a live client project producing a new range of beers as a brand collaboration between the brewery Castle Rock and the event brand Wigflex.
Client: Wigflex and Castle Rock brewery
Idea: Looking at the brands desire to reach younger audiences and reflecting on the brief’s desire to be experimental, I thought about the typical design for food and beverage, making the product appealing and appetizing, I took this core value and flipped it upside down utilizing disgust to create a design that attracts people with intrigue and novelty instead of by simply being appetizing and harmless. Everything I did for this project I used that philosophy, even with all the promotional media for my beers.
